Local services for people out of work in Seattle - what worked for you?

I found a few free services in Seattle that I did not know about. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. The library had résumé help and free computer time.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
