Local services for people out of work in San Diego after 12 years as a recruiter

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
