Local services for people out of work in Sacramento (update)

I found a few free services in Sacramento that I did not know about. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
