Local services for people out of work in Sacramento

I found a few free services in Sacramento that I did not know about. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
