Local services for people out of work in Richmond (update)

I found a few free services in Richmond that I did not know about. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
