Local services for people out of work in Richmond - any advice?

I found a few free services in Richmond that I did not know about. It has been weighing on me all week. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
