Local services for people out of work in Raleigh (Raleigh)

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
