Local services for people out of work in Raleigh - first time posting

I found a few free services in Raleigh that I did not know about. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
