Local services for people out of work in Providence, customer-service rep here

I found a few free services in Providence that I did not know about. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
