Local services for people out of work in Portland - what worked for you?

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
