Local services for people out of work in Portland - what worked for you?

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
