Local services for people out of work in Portland (update)

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
