Local services for people out of work in Portland - any advice?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. Thank you in advance. A food pantry near me has evening hours.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
