Local services for people out of work in Portland after 12 years as a data-entry clerk

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. It has been a long 5 weeks. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
