Local services for people out of work in Portland - 6 months and counting

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. It has been weighing on me all week. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
