Local services for people out of work in Portland - 15 weeks in

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
