Local services for people out of work in Pittsburgh (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a bookkeeper in Pittsburgh. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
