I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a teaching assistant in Pittsburgh. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
