Local services for people out of work in Phoenix - 14 months and counting

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
