Local services for people out of work in Oklahoma City after 8 years as an electrician's helper

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an electrician's helper in Oklahoma City. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?
