Local services for people out of work in Oklahoma City - 4 months and counting

I found a few free services in Oklahoma City that I did not know about. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
