Local services for people out of work in Minneapolis after 7 years as an accounts payable clerk

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an accounts payable clerk in Minneapolis. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
