Local services for people out of work in Minneapolis

I found a few free services in Minneapolis that I did not know about. It has been weighing on me all week. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
