Local services for people out of work in Milwaukee - what worked for you?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. It has been weighing on me all week. The library had résumé help and free computer time.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
