Local services for people out of work in Milwaukee, web developer here

I found a few free services in Milwaukee that I did not know about. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
