Local services for people out of work in Milwaukee - any advice?

I found a few free services in Milwaukee that I did not know about. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
