Local services for people out of work in Milwaukee - 23 weeks in

I found a few free services in Milwaukee that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
