Local services for people out of work in Louisville - what worked for you?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a project coordinator in Louisville. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
