Local services for people out of work in Louisville (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a home health aide in Louisville. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
