Local services for people out of work in Louisville after 14 years as a paralegal

I found a few free services in Louisville that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
