Local services for people out of work in Knoxville - what worked for you?

I found a few free services in Knoxville that I did not know about. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.
