Local services for people out of work in Knoxville (update)

I found a few free services in Knoxville that I did not know about. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
