Local services for people out of work in Jacksonville - any advice?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a graphic designer in Jacksonville. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A food pantry near me has evening hours.

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
