Local services for people out of work in Jacksonville

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a recruiter in Jacksonville. Thank you in advance. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
