Local services for people out of work in Jacksonville - 3 months and counting

I found a few free services in Jacksonville that I did not know about. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
