Local services for people out of work in Jacksonville - 14 months and counting

I found a few free services in Jacksonville that I did not know about. It has been a long 12 weeks. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
