Local services for people out of work in Jacksonville - 12 months and counting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a social media manager in Jacksonville. Any experience at all would help. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
