Local services for people out of work in Honolulu - what worked for you?

I found a few free services in Honolulu that I did not know about. It has been a long 26 weeks. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
