Local services for people out of work in Honolulu

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an office manager in Honolulu. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
