Local services for people out of work in Honolulu

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a graphic designer in Honolulu. Thank you in advance. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
