Local services for people out of work in Hartford (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a dental hygienist in Hartford. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
