Local services for people out of work in Hartford (update)

I found a few free services in Hartford that I did not know about. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
