Local services for people out of work in Hartford - 5 weeks in

I found a few free services in Hartford that I did not know about. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
