Local services for people out of work in Hartford - 12 months and counting

I found a few free services in Hartford that I did not know about. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
