Local services for people out of work in Fresno

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an accounts payable clerk in Fresno. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
