Local services for people out of work in Fresno after 18 years as a bank teller

I found a few free services in Fresno that I did not know about. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
