Local services for people out of work in Fresno after 10 years as a recruiter

I found a few free services in Fresno that I did not know about. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
