Local services for people out of work in Detroit - first time posting

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
