Local services for people out of work in Dallas, customer-service rep here

I found a few free services in Dallas that I did not know about. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
