I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an electrician's helper in Columbus. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
